## R1 correction summary
- Phase11 Batch01 remains `AUTHORITATIVE_FROZEN`; no lifecycle demotion or promotion was made.
- Failed audit `ART-E35B00D2EC33D2D0` is preserved as `HISTORICAL_REFERENCE` with `audit_verdict = REPAIR_REQUIRED` and is excluded from positive authority.
- Final audit `ART-ECBF9B0C2CD91D71` is the valid positive evidence for Batch01 acceptance/freeze because it verifies the exact Batch01 SHA as `EXACT MATCH TO ACCEPTED BASELINE` and explicitly records Batch01 as `FROZEN`.
- `SEV-00060` now cites the valid final audit; `SEV-00061` uses reviewer type `INDEPENDENT_AUDITOR`.
- `audit_verdict` and evidence-role separation were added to prevent independent-audit artifact type from being mistaken for a positive verdict.
- Historical failure chain is preserved through `SEV-00103` rather than erased.
- New QA `NO_NEGATIVE_AUDIT_USED_AS_POSITIVE_AUTHORITY` passes with zero positive-authority violations.

## Preserved governance conclusions
- Phase1–11 accepted/frozen conclusions remain unchanged.
- Phase10 DRAFT filename remains subordinate to Level A/B exact authority evidence.
- Phase11 semantic boundary `INDUSTRY_GEOMETRY_ARCHETYPE != FACTORY_OWNED_MOLD` remains unchanged.
- Phase12–20E remain current candidates with independent acceptance/freeze not confirmed.
- Phase12 supersession ambiguity remains unresolved rather than guessed.
- GEO/AAO v19 remains `DEPRECATED_LEGACY` / `LEGACY_ONLY`.
- No upstream ZIP nesting is introduced.

## Remaining known limitations
1. Phase1–9 accepted/frozen lifecycle is established by governance records, but exact earlier accepted package byte identities/hashes are not fully present in the current master package; the existing QA REVIEW remains a traceability limitation, not a demotion.
2. Phase12–20E still require independent review before any promotion.
3. Phase12 bridge/OEM family replacement scope remains unresolved.
4. R1 did not reopen unrelated Batch1 findings or run a new full Batch1 audit.

## Stop condition
Batch1 R1 deliverables are complete. Batch2 has not been started.
