# NEXT CONVERSATION HANDOFF — PICKLEBALL ENGINEERING — FDB-0025

## PROJECT

Continue **Pickleball Paddle Engineering Intelligence Project**.

## CURRENT AUTHORITATIVE MAIN-PROJECT FROZEN BASELINE

**FDB-0025**

Frozen package:

`PICKLEBALL_DATABASE_APPROVED_FROZEN_BASELINES_THROUGH_STAGEG_CROSS_TEST_CORRELATION_AND_PADDLE_ENGINEERING_PROFILE_REV1_2026-09-15.zip`

SHA-256:

`1a474643e11a6ffb0650557ada0d2106f2c8f022b22844757bb0a73d8928c1b8`

FDB-0025 supersedes FDB-0024 **for continued database-development history**.

Do not re-plan historical stages.
Do not re-audit frozen historical stages.
Do not ask the user to re-upload the five original company raw files.

## IMPORTANT PARALLEL-BRANCH RULE

The user separately requested continued practical use of **FDB-0024**.

Therefore keep two roles distinct:

1. **Main database-development line:** continue from **FDB-0025**.
2. **Pinned operational/application line:** the existing **FDB-0024 Operational Use Package** may continue to be used independently for practical design, analysis, comparison, BOM and engineering-working tasks.

Do not silently replace the user's FDB-0024 operational snapshot with FDB-0025 unless the user explicitly asks to upgrade that operational branch.

## WHAT FDB-0025 ADDS

FDB-0025 freezes:

**STAGE G-B8 REV1 — CROSS-TEST CORRELATION & PADDLE ENGINEERING PROFILE**

Object:

- Aerrow / FC002
- Engineering configuration: AER-FC002-16-T700-PP-SHP
- Nominal thickness: 16 mm
- Face working declaration: T700
- Core working declaration: PP Honeycomb
- Process working declaration: Semi-hot-press

Frozen G-B8 layer includes:

- 19-row frozen prediction/output Cross-Test Map
- 17 controlled scenario/model input parameters
- 95 unified common-input scenarios
- 81 evaluated scenarios
- 14 NOT_EVALUATED bounded scenarios
- 1,805 scenario-output rows
- 361 ordered dependency cells
- 234 sensitivity rows
- 18 interaction rows
- 10 uncertainty-propagation paths
- 10 failure-mode interactions
- 14 engineering parameter driver records
- 20 FC002 engineering-profile statements
- 8 Design Levers
- 19 future measurement/calibration hooks
- 2,630 traceability rows
- 51 / 51 producer QA PASS
- 32,451 / 32,451 applicable independent audit checks PASS

## CRITICAL ANALYTICAL BOUNDARY

G-B8 relationships remain:

**MODEL-DERIVED / NOT EMPIRICAL**

The unified scenario system is specifically designed to avoid fake correlation from independently generated G-B7 synthetic replicates.

The fixed declared 16 mm total-thickness configuration is not numerically extrapolated in G-B8 REV1.

Do not reinterpret model-derived dependency, sensitivity, interaction or driver ranking as measured product behavior.

## PHYSICAL STATUS REMAINS

- Physical Test Executed = 0
- Measured Raw Data = 0
- Controlled Evidence Promoted = 0
- Gap Closure = 0
- Execution Authorization = NOT_RELEASED
- Failure interactions = NOT_OBSERVED
- Future actual values = blank
- All 10 frozen G-B7 reference-data gaps = OPEN

## NEXT MAIN-PROJECT WORK

Do not create new empty database layers.

The next work, if continued, should use the frozen FDB-0025 profile to consolidate design-decision intelligence and bounded engineering changes. Keep any future new analytical package separate until independent audit and freeze decision.

Do not automatically create a successor FDB without a produced package and independent audit.
