Define the delivered unit
Record whether the unit is a single paddle, a pair or a kit. Specify inserts, protective covers, accessory placement, labels and the packing list. Confirm internal dimensions and protection with the actual sample rather than copying dimensions from a similar box.
Prepare the artwork handover
Supply dieline-ready files, colors, language versions, barcode data and required brand markings. Any care, certification or environmental statement must be supported for the exact product and packaging. Request a printed proof before approval.
Confirm transport requirements
Agree on units per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and destination requirements. Link packing approval to the approved sample and bulk order preparation.
