We are a pickleball paddle manufacturer with our own factory in Tangxia Town, Dongguan, China. We make fiberglass, carbon, aramid-hybrid and titanium-fiber paddles by cold and hot press, from 50 paddles per design, with samples in 5–7 days.

Pickracket was founded in 2020. We make paddles for other brands at our factory in Tangxia Town, Dongguan, Guangdong (Building 25, No. 7 Xinyang Road, Lin Village, Tangxia Town, Dongguan, Guangdong 523711, China). Listed prices are EXW our factory and we also quote FOB Yantian, Shenzhen. We supply customers in more than 30 countries and regions across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

What we make
Our current catalog lists 50 paddles and paddle sets. The table shows how they are built. Every model can be changed in face, core, outline, thickness, grip and artwork for your brand.

Faces, cores and outlines
- Faces: fiberglass, T300 carbon (smooth), T700 carbon (textured), 3D 18K carbon, aramid hybrid and titanium-fiber. See carbon fiber paddles and fiberglass paddles.
- Cores: PP honeycomb in several generations and cell sizes, EPP and MPP foam, and bridged or grooved foam structures. See foam core paddles and the core sourcing guide.
- Thickness and outline: 13, 14 and 16 mm on our existing molds. The specification guide lists the outlines and dimensions.

What is your minimum order quantity?
50 paddles per design. Mixed orders are quoted per design.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples take 5–7 days once the specification and artwork are confirmed. Standard bulk production takes 15 days after sample approval; the delivery date for your quantity is confirmed in the quotation.
Which paddle types can you make?
Fiberglass, carbon (T300, T700 and 3D 18K), aramid-hybrid and titanium-fiber faces over PP honeycomb or foam cores, by cold-cut assembly, cold press, semi-hot press or hot press, in 13, 14 and 16 mm.
Do you make OEM and private-label paddles?
Yes. We make paddles under our customers' brands, either from a catalog model or from a new brief.
