A fixed-thickness coupling links face thickness to effective core thickness before stiffness is calculated.

Geometry closure

Total thickness is fixed at 16 mm. The effective core thickness is tc=16−2tf mm and must remain between 14.5 and 15.3 mm.

Structural calculation

For the 300×50 mm virtual beam, bending rigidity is D=2Eftfd². Total compliance combines bending and core shear: C=L³/(48Db)+L/(4btcGc). Stiffness is the reciprocal after unit conversion.

Not supported

This is not a full paddle geometry, handle, edge-wall, balance or swingweight model. Interface failure and manufacturing variability remain unvalidated.
