Semi-hot-press process-retention assumption

A dimensionless proxy links the process window to equivalent face response without claiming a production recipe.

Model parameter

The supported retention-factor range is 0.750–0.970. The FDB reference is 0.880 and the current prototype definition uses 0.924.

Interpretation

The factor multiplies equivalent face modulus and strength equations. It is an ASSUMPTION_MODEL_PROXY, not a measured cure-efficiency value, press-temperature setting or production guarantee.

Validation need

Actual temperature, pressure, time, resin flow and bond quality require manufacturing records and physical validation before calibration.
