Horizon S1 Purple is a fiberglass paddle in purple tones, part of the Horizon S1 series. Fiberglass gives a durable, lower-cost face, and the 13 mm PP honeycomb core with 6 mm cells keeps the build light. It is our most economical full-size format, aimed at beginners, schools and recreation programmes.
Horizon S1 Purple is 13 mm thick, with a fiberglass face over a PP honeycomb core with 6 mm cells. Listed weight is 220 ± 5 g. It is a cold-cut build: the face and core are cut and bonded without heat curing. This is our quickest and most economical route, which suits entry-level retail, club starter programmes and promotional orders.
It uses a standard outline of 403.5 × 195 mm (15.89 × 7.68 in) with a 133 mm (5.24 in) handle and a 112 mm grip circumference.
Read how cores compare in our paddle core guide, and see the mold and outline options on the specification checklist.
It is listed as a single paddle with no accessories. Boxes, covers and grips can be added from our accessories and packaging options.
We print your artwork on the fiberglass face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 13 mm thickness and the GH8001 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample. For a full brand programme, see private label paddles and custom paddle development.
Record the approved values in your order, following our sampling and approval steps.

The listed outline is 15.89 in long and 23.56 in combined, 0.44 in under the limit. Size is only one rule; approval for sanctioned play is a separate listing, explained on our paddle certification page.
Fiberglass costs less and is durable, which suits beginner and high-volume programmes. Carbon faces such as T300 and T700 are used in our carbon range when the brief is a lighter, stiffer face.
