Enquiry Privacy Information
When you send the enquiry form, we store your details in our website system and email them to our sales team so we can reply. This page explains what is collected, how it is used and how to have it corrected or deleted.

How we use and store it
Your enquiry is saved in our WordPress system, where only site administrators can see it, and a copy is emailed to our sales inbox. We use it to answer your request, prepare quotations and samples, and handle any resulting order. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list. The form does not store your IP address; it uses a short-lived, anonymised counter to block repeated automated submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer your request and manage any resulting order or business relationship, then delete them, unless we must keep them longer to meet legal obligations.
Email, WhatsApp and site services
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead of the form, those messages are handled according to the providers' own policies. Site hosting, security and any enabled analytics may process technical visit data under their own configurations. This page does not claim that those services are disabled or that the site uses no cookies.
