Animal Heroes is our junior series of painted animal portraits: Bamboo Panda, Blaze Lion (a fiery red and orange big cat) and Rainbow Lion. It uses the same junior build as our WonderDream and Space Adventure paddles: T300 carbon, a 343 × 180 mm outline, a 126 mm handle, a 105 mm grip and 160 ± 5 g.
Every Animal Heroes design is 14 mm thick, with a smooth T300 carbon fiber face over a PP honeycomb core. Listed weight is 160 ± 5 g. It is a cold-cut build: the face and core are cut and bonded without heat curing. This is our quickest and most economical route, which suits entry-level retail, club starter programmes and promotional orders.
It uses a junior outline of 343 × 180 mm (13.50 × 7.09 in) with a 126 mm (4.96 in) handle and a 105 mm grip circumference.
Read how cores compare in our paddle core guide, and see the mold and outline options on the specification checklist.
Packaging and accessories are chosen per order from our accessories and packaging options and fixed in the quotation.
We print your artwork on the T300 carbon face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 14 mm thickness and the FC007 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample. For a full brand programme, see private label paddles and custom paddle development.
Record the approved values in your order, following our sampling and approval steps.
Yes, on the listed dimensions. USA Pickleball allows a maximum length of 17 in and a combined length and width of 24 in. The listed outline is 13.50 in long and 20.59 in combined, 3.41 in under the limit. Size is only one rule; approval for sanctioned play is a separate listing, explained on our paddle certification page.
The build is identical. Animal Heroes uses painted animal portraits; WonderDream and Space Adventure use fantasy and space themes.
Yes. New artwork on the same junior build needs only an artwork sample, not a new structural specification.
