Aurelis has a gold orbit swirl on a dark face, with a gold edge guard. It is a hot-pressed JS005 paddle with an L100-grade face and an EPP foam core with an integrated cellular pattern.
Aurelis is 16 mm thick, with an L100-grade face over an EPP foam core with an integrated cellular pattern. It is hot-pressed: the face, resin and core are cured together under heat and pressure in a mould, which is the build we recommend for advanced and performance-led ranges.
It uses an elongated outline of 417 × 192 mm (16.42 × 7.56 in) with a 145 mm (5.71 in) handle and a 110 mm grip circumference. A handle of 145 mm leaves room for a two-handed backhand.

We print your artwork on the L100-grade face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 16 mm thickness and the JS005 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample. Yes, on the listed dimensions. USA Pickleball allows a maximum length of 17 in and a combined length and width of 24 in. The listed outline is 16.42 in long and 23.98 in combined, 0.02 in under the limit. Size is only one rule; approval for sanctioned play is a separate listing, explained on our paddle certification page.
All four are 16 mm hot-pressed paddles on JS005 with L100-grade faces. Only the core differs: Aurelis uses integrated cellular EPP, Strike uses EPP with shallow U-shaped grooves, Echo-E uses EPP with deep lengthwise grooves and Echo-P uses PVC with shallow lengthwise grooves.
