About Razor Blue

Razor Blue pairs a blue titanium-fiber face with AeriFoam, our PMI and EVA 4S foam core, at a density of 73 kg/m³. It is the heavier of the two Razor versions and is aimed at players and brands that want a full-foam, titanium-faced flagship.

How Razor Blue is built

Razor Blue is 16 mm thick, with a titanium-fiber face over AeriFoam, a PMI foam combined with EVA 4S, here at the denser 73 kg/m³ specification. Listed weight is 225 ± 5 g. It is built on our semi-hot-press line, the same route as our other performance carbon and foam models.

It uses an elongated outline of 417 × 192 mm (16.42 × 7.56 in) with a 145 mm (5.71 in) handle and a 110 mm grip circumference. A handle of 145 mm leaves room for a two-handed backhand.

What ships with it

It ships in a book-style box with 12 lead tape strips for weight and balance tuning and two overgrips.

Making it your own

We print your artwork on the titanium-fiber face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 16 mm thickness and the FC005 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample. Is Razor Blue within USA Pickleball size limits?

Yes, on the listed dimensions. USA Pickleball allows a maximum length of 17 in and a combined length and width of 24 in. The listed outline is 16.42 in long and 23.98 in combined, 0.02 in under the limit. Size is only one rule; approval for sanctioned play is a separate listing, explained on our paddle certification page.

What is the difference between Razor Blue and Razor Pink?

Core density and face colour. Razor Blue uses AeriFoam at 73 kg/m³ and a blue titanium face, listed at 225 ± 5 g. Razor Pink uses AeriFoam at 50 kg/m³ and a silver titanium face, listed at 215 ± 5 g.

What is AeriFoam?

It is our name for a foam core that combines PMI foam with EVA 4S. We offer it at two densities, and the density is the main lever on weight.

What does the listed price include?

It is the price per paddle in USD, EXW our factory in Dongguan, for orders of at least 50 paddles per design, with the listed accessories and standard box.
