About Solunaris Sol

Solunaris Sol is the sun design of the Solunaris pair; Luna is the moon. On 2 July 2026 we changed its core to an MPP shield bridge structure under a textured T700 face, hot-pressed on the FC001 outline. Quote and sample against this current revision.

How Solunaris Sol is built

Solunaris Sol is 16 mm thick, with a T700 carbon fiber face with a textured (grit) finish over an MPP shield bridge core. Listed weight is 230 ± 5 g. It is hot-pressed: the face, resin and core are cured together under heat and pressure in a mould, which is the build we recommend for advanced and performance-led ranges.

It uses an elongated, narrow outline of 417 × 184 mm (16.42 × 7.24 in) with a 140 mm (5.51 in) handle and a 110 mm grip circumference. A handle of 140 mm leaves room for a two-handed backhand.

It ships in a book-style box with 12 lead tape strips for weight and balance tuning and two overgrips.

Making it your own

We print your artwork on the T700 carbon face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 16 mm thickness and the FC001 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample. Is Solunaris Sol within USA Pickleball size limits?

Yes, on the listed dimensions. USA Pickleball allows a maximum length of 17 in and a combined length and width of 24 in. The listed outline is 16.42 in long and 23.66 in combined, 0.34 in under the limit. Size is only one rule; approval for sanctioned play is a separate listing, explained on our paddle certification page.

What changed in the July 2026 Solunaris revision?

The core changed to an MPP shield bridge structure from the earlier design. Samples made before 2 July 2026 are not the current specification, so request a new sample if you have an older one.

How do Sol and Luna differ?

Only the artwork: Sol carries the sun design and Luna the moon. Face, core and outline are the same.

What does the listed price include?

It is the price per paddle in USD, EXW our factory in Dongguan, for orders of at least 50 paddles per design, with the listed accessories and standard box. Freight, FOB delivery and any changes to the build or packaging are quoted separately. Prices marked as estimates are based on a related build and are confirmed in your quotation.
