Vactor has a textured titanium-fiber face with a gloss-varnished gradient edge guard. It is hot-pressed with an EPP shield foam core on our JS005 mold, with a 145 mm handle. It is the titanium-faced model of our JS005 hot-press range.
Vactor is 16 mm thick, with a titanium-fiber face over an EPP shield foam core. It is hot-pressed: the face, resin and core are cured together under heat and pressure in a mould, which is the build we recommend for advanced and performance-led ranges.
It uses an elongated outline of 417 × 192 mm (16.42 × 7.56 in) with a 145 mm (5.71 in) handle and a 110 mm grip circumference. A handle of 145 mm leaves room for a two-handed backhand.

We print your artwork on the titanium-fiber face and can change the edge guard, grip and packaging. The core, the 16 mm thickness and the JS005 mold stay as listed unless you approve a structural revision on a new sample.
