Choose the face material first

The face sets the price level and the feel of the paddle. Fiberglass faces suit entry programs, schools and clubs. Smooth T300 carbon is our everyday carbon build. Textured T700 and 3D 18K carbon cover our honeycomb, foam and bridge builds, where buyers usually want more grip on the ball.

Then choose thickness and core

We build 13 mm fiberglass paddles, 14 mm T300 carbon paddles on PP honeycomb, and 14 mm and 16 mm T700 paddles on honeycomb, foam and bridge cores. In general a thicker core feels softer and more stable, and a thinner core feels livelier, but the face, core material and outline all change the result. Confirm the feel on a sample before you commit to a bulk order.

Shapes and dimensions

Listed outlines range from wide 398 × 198 mm shapes to elongated 414–419 mm shapes, plus a 343 × 180 mm junior outline. USA Pickleball rules limit paddle length to 17 in and length plus width to 24 in, including the edge guard and butt cap, so a new outline is checked against those limits before tooling.

From catalog design to your brand

Choose a design, then send your artwork, grip and edge guard colors, packaging and quantity per design. Artwork changes stay within custom paddle or private label. A change to the face, core or outline becomes OEM development.
